Our company only trades in U.S. Dollars or Euro. All product pricing will be provided in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise requested in Euro.

Ordering Information
You can place your order by Phone, Fax, E-Mail, or regular Mail.

When placing your orders, please include part numbers, quantity, type of finish, and method of shipping on your Purchase Order.

All orders received are processed immediately and a confirmation is sent back either by E-mail or Fax as specified on the Purchase Order with tentative ship date(s).

Method of Payment
All orders must be paid-in-full before shipment is made by Phillips & Jones. Payments can be made by any of the following methods:

Credit Card
Wire Transfer
Letter of Credit (L/C) from an accredited Financial Institution

No credit will be extended to International Customers unless covered by a Stand-by Letter of Credit (L/C) from an accredited Financial Institution.

Shipping
All orders must clearly state the method of shipping desired. Several shipping methods are available and you are welcome to inquire and we will pre-calculate and inform you of the costs involved. Orders can be shipped on any of the following carriers:

DHL
FedEx
UPS
Air Freight
Sea Freight

Carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS have the quickest delivery time and at the same time cost more than Air Freight or Sea Freight. Air Freight in most cases is relatively economical and still quicker than Sea Freight. Shipments made by Sea Freight are the most economical however take longer to deliver than other carriers.

Insurance
Since it is our policy to ship all of our goods FOB Sialkot, Pakistan, the risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the goods to the carrier of your choice. To ensure against potential loss or unusual damage to your order, you have the option to purchase insurance at your expense. If you are interested in purchasing insurance for your shipment, please notify us at the time of ordering. We can calculate the cost of insurance on your request and it will be added to your invoice if you decide to purchase it.

Duties, Customs and other Fees
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, all the shipments are FOB Sialkot, Pakistan and all the shipments are DDU (Destination Duties Unpaid). All the destination duties, fees, taxes, custom charges etc are your responsibility. If you are interested in having such fees and duties prepaid, we will request the shipping carrier of your choice for a quote and will add it to the invoice if you decide to purchase such services.

Warranty/Returns
All products have 100% satisfaction guarantee and come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship.
